Supported Devices

• iPhone XS / XR and newer: Native support for NFC scanning.
• iPhone 7 to iPhone X: Requires iOS 13 or later.
• iPhone 6 and older: NFC scanning is not supported. Please use a newer model.

NFC Chip Scan Locations

Nervape 3x:

1. Arms: back or palms of the hands.
2. Legs: bases of the feet.
3. Body: top of the head.

Nervape Original:

The NFC chip is embedded in the central back position of the Nervape.

How to Scan

1. Make sure your iPhone is unlocked (some models won’t react when locked).

2. Gently press the **top back edge of your iPhone—**just above the rear camera—against the Nervape scan location. Hold still for at least 5 seconds.

   Note: The exact NFC reader location may vary slightly by iPhone model. If scanning fails, look up your iPhone model’s NFC detector position.

3. Once aligned, hold still for 3–5 seconds.

4. A notification or webpage will pop up automatically—tap it to view.

5. If nothing happens:

   • Pull the figure away by at least 15 cm, wait 5 seconds, and then try scanning again from a slightly different angle.
   • Remove your phone case or any accessories that could interfere with the signal, then try again.
